Mary Gault - Sculptor

Mary is a lifelong resident of the Washington area and has been a resident of Drum Point in Calvert County since 1998. She has always had an interest in art and has painted in oils and acrylics, done stained glass and wood carving for her own pleasure while raising children and accompanying her husband, Pete, during his Navy career. Her range now includes a wide variety of shore birds, fish, photography, painted boxes with maritime themes, and fine art prints. Her work can be found at Cecil’s Old Mill in Great Mills, at Artworks @ 7th in North Beach and various shows in Southern Maryland. Some works can also now be seen at the Back Creek Bistro restaurant in Solomons. Mary is also a member of the St. Mary’s County Craft Guild, the League of Maryland Craftsmen, Unique Boutique, and the St. Mary’s County Art Association.
